Bookings of 5 days or less incur an additional cleaning charge of £95.

How do I book ?

We do make every effort to keep the calendar up to date but please feel free to call and ask questions about the villa and check your preferred dates or you can fill out the " Reserve a Date " form . We cannot secure a date without the booking fee but if you need to book flights first we can hold a date for a week ( it will not appear on the calendar ).

Check your preferred dates - by phone, form or email    Complete the Booking Form  - Booking Form    Send the completed Booking Form and a non-refundable deposit of £200/$300 to secure your date    Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking, detailing the balance ten weeks before your arival date.  A refundable deposit of £250/$380 is also due at this time    We take  sterling cheques, Bank Transfers are accepted and can be transferred to our bank account in Florida or U.K.  or you may prefer to arrange payment through our management company in Orlando.

Management Company
Our Management Company in Florida maintain the Villa to the highest of standards both internally and externally and are located less than 5 minutes away. They will be available to sort out any problems during office hours and deal with emergencies 24 hours a day.

How do we get the keys?
Upon receipt of the final balance we will sent a welcome pack with directions to the villa and access codes to the front gate. You will also be given a door entry code to a lock box at the side of the front door so even if your flight is delayed you will have no worries about getting in to your villa.

Your will also receive details of our management company's phone numbers, safe combination and a booklet giving details of Restaurants, Shopping Malls, Golf Courses, Entertainment , Beaches and Natural Florida and there is also a folder of useful information, guests tips and a Florida Guide in the villa.

We ask you to check into the villa no earlier than 4pm on the day of arrival and depart no later than 10am on the day of departure. This ensures that enough time is left between guests to clean and prepare the villa for the next arrivals. Should a late departure be required we may be able to accomodate this if the villa is not booked for that day.

Clubhouse Facilities

To use the facilities simply call at the clubhouse and introduce yourselves and let the staff know where you are staying, you will then be able to use the facilities at the clubhouse.  You will receive a welcome pack with some useful information about the area and any activities planned at the clubhouse for that month. The staff are a very good source of knowledge about the local area.

Welcome Pack

A welcome pack can be ordered for  your arrival however Walmart is less than 2 minutes away and open 24 hours, so whatever time of the day you arrive at the villa you will be able to get all the essentials ( or do a full shop if you still have the energy !)  Walmart stocks everything, has a pharmacy and it's often cheaper than in the U.K.

Our management company can organise airport pick-ups, champagne, flowers and  special requests.
